Geek for girls … and boys
Rose Vines is a very well-respected Aussie IT journalist who currently plies her trade from the US, but has been a long-time contributor to technology publications such as PC User here for many years.
Rose and I have been colleagues for more years than either of us care to remember and she was one of my go-to girls along with Helen Bradley when I edited Australian NetGuide magazine.
OK, enough of the scene setting! These musings are by way of introduction to one of the best no-nonsense, plain English consumer tech blogs around, Rose’s Geekgirl project.
