Here’s a one-product-a-day site with a difference. If you call Sydney home, the recently launched Spreets.com site can save you heaps on a range of services and products in your town.
It’s a one-product-a-day site with a difference. Each day it offers a new deal — recent deals include $70 off a balloon flight and super restaurant deals — where you buy a voucher that entitles you to get services for a far higher value (sometimes over 50% more).
Each day’s offering has a limited number available and all must be sold for all purchasers to get the deal. Your credit card is not charged until the day’s quota has been reached. Some vouchers have an expiry date, so be aware of this, and you need to use the voucher in one go. You can also buy a voucher and give it to someone else to use if you wish.
You’ll need to register on the site to make a purchase — it’s free and allows you to rate products and leave comments. You can also sign up for email notification of new deals.
