Computer games these days come with increasingly complex storylines with hard drive footprints and price tags to match. However, you don’t always have the playing time to spare that these games demand.
I’m lucky enough to get to try out a lot of the new games on the market, but I always find myself coming back to those simple yet addictive puzzle games like Tetris and card games like Solitaire and Arachnid — sometimes you just want to chill out for 15 minutes while the spuds are cooking for dinner.
That’s where online casual games come into their own and there are plenty of sites that will satisfy your casual gaming needs without you having to shell out a cent — that’s good news in anyone’s language!
One of my favourite casual gaming destinations online is the Puff Games site — it has something for everyone from eight to 80. Games are categorised by type: action, adventure, strategy, puzzles, sport, shooting, dressing up and more. New games are constantly being added.
