More video tutorials on how to do just about anything
A couple of weeks ago, I wrote a post on the Howcast site, a great collection of instructional videos on a wide range of topics. As a keen crafter, it’s one I visit regularly to learn new techniques and get the old creative juices running.
Well, if you liked Howcast, you’ll want to take a look at the MonkeySee site. It covers everything from how to dance Bollywood-style to car maintenance.
If you fancy yourself as a bit handy in a particular area, you can share your expertise with site visitors by uploading your own videos for consideration for inclusion on the site (you can read how to do this here).
You don’t need to be a site member to view the videos, but if you do register (it’s free), you get to comment on and rate the site’s video. If you find a video you particularly like, you can click on the All Videos by This Expert tab to find other videos they’ve uploaded to the site.
My only gripe with this site is that it has semi-transparent Google ads that sit on the bottom of the video window and they sometimes obscure some vital part of a demonstration.
