A tasty cooking site
If you’re stuck for an idea for something to cook for dinner, you’ll be embarassed for choice of delicious recipes on the Taste site.It’s where I head for culinary inspiration, and I’ve never once had a flop.
The site brings together over 17,000 of the best recipes from print magazines ABC Delicious, Super Food Ideas, Australian Good Taste, Vogue Entertaining, Country Style and Notebook, and because they are all Australian publications, you don’t have to worry about having to convert measurements or not being able to find the ingredients in the local supermarket. The how-tos are also great for new cooks or experienced ones wanting to learn new techniques.
You can search for recipes by keyword, ingredient, cuisine or theme, and each recipe can be printed or saved to your favourites page if you sign up to the site (it’s free). If you register, you can also rate and comment on recipes, participate in the site’s forums, -store menu plans, enter competitions, and receive a free email newsletter with featured recipes.
